人间四月芳菲盛，吾辈爱国情怀浓。4月15日一早国际部即将远赴美国求学的索斯兰12年级学生们聚集在国旗下，主持本周的升旗仪式！他们用一颗诚挚的爱国心大声地表达着对祖国热烈的爱！

首先发言的是青岛为明国际部外方学术主任Dr. Bradley先生，他表示虽然这不是自己国家的升旗典礼，但是他尊重中国国旗和文化，也希望孩子们在异国他乡能够以自己的中国人身份为傲。他为孩子们骄傲，也希望孩子们为自己国家的文化，历史和自己骄傲。

接着12年级的同学以中英双语的形式，阐释着自己具有国际视野的爱国主义和中国梦，让我们一起感受他们的爱国心：

作为接受国际教育的中国学生，我们即将踏上前往国外大学征程，将践行具有国际视野的爱国主义，在“中国梦”中实现“个人梦”。

As a Chinese student receiving international education, we are about to embark on a journey to a foreign university, practice patriotism with an international vision, and realize a "personal dream" within the "Chinese Dream."

“和世界共发展、与世界同分享”，“中国人是讲爱国主义的，同时我们也是具有国际视野和国际胸怀的”，习近平主席的讲话，向世界传递了实现民族复兴、建设和谐世界的中国理念和愿景，准确阐述了中国同世界的关系，也充分展现了爱国主义的国际视野。

今年三月份世界名校哈佛大学校长巴科首次访问中国，国家主席习近平在人民大会堂会见巴科校长，习近平指出，教育交流合作是中美关系的重要组成部分，有助于增进中美友好的民意基础。新中国成立70年来、特别是改革开放40年来，大批海外学成归国的人才为中国的发展建设作出了重要贡献。我们主张互学互鉴，鼓励留学，支持中外教育交流合作，希望中美人文交流取得更多积极成果。习近平强调，改革开放40年来，中国的快速发展很大程度上也得益于教育水平的提高。中国致力于推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育。我们将扩大教育对外开放，加强同世界各国的交流互鉴，共同推动教育事业发展。

In March of this year, Harvard University President Barco visited China for the first time. President Xi met with him in the Great Hall of the People, and pointed out that educational exchanges and cooperation are important aspects of Sino-US relation and help to promote Sino-US friendship. After New China has been founded by 70 years, especially by the 40 years of reform and opening up policy, a large number of people who have studied overseas have returned to China and made important contributions to China’s social development and construction. We advocate mutual learning, encourage studying abroad, support Chinese-foreign education exchanges and cooperation, and hope that Sino-US relationship will achieve more. President Xi also emphasized that over the past 40 years, China's rapid development has benefited from the improvement of education. China is committed to advancing the modernization of education, building a strong country in education, and running a satisfactory education for the people. We will expand education to the outside world, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with countries around the world, and jointly promote the development of education.

爱国主义要有国际视野，不是封闭排外。和平发展、合作共赢的外交理念，是中国梦的世界维度。习主席的讲话既给了我们鼓励，让我们有信心走出国门求学，同时也深感作为中国人肩上强烈的时代使命感和社会责任感。

在当前“一带一路”倡议大背景下，国家需要富有国际视野、知晓国际规则、精通外国语言, 有着一定的专业影响力与社会声誉的人才, 助推“打通人脉、互通人心”。国家的需求与我们个人的发展是相互一致的, “中国梦”和“个人梦”的实现是辩证统一的。在出国后的大学学习生活中我们要努力学好专业知识，提升个人素质, 在不久的将来努力承担实现中华民族伟大复兴这一历史使命, 成为全面发展的、高素养的爱国主义践行者。

走出国门，我们身上贴着中国人的标签，一言一行代表着中国，面对不同文化的碰撞，我们要以“理性、开放、合作、互学、互鉴”的观念对待我国优秀传统文化, 立足于国家情怀, 放眼之国际视野, 敢于创新、勇于担当。珍惜国内学习生活的时光，提升对中国传统文化的理解, 生动地传播爱国主义精神, 提升传递好“中国声音”的能力。拥有国际化视野的同时具有浓厚的“中国情怀”, 既理性认识到一些西方国家的别有用心, 又不固步自封, 对外讲好“中国故事”、传播“中国声音”。

又将是六月，伴着和煦的暖风，我们就要告别我们的老师和学弟学妹们，作为12年级的学长学姐，我们希望学弟学妹们也能充实利用这宝贵的中学时光。不管你们的未来是在国内还是国外发展，都能取得优异的成绩，考上理想的大学。将来无论身处何地，从事何种工作，都为实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”而奉献自己的绵薄之力。

Time flies, In June, accompanied by the warm breeze, we are gonna to say goodbye to our teachers and classmates. The past three years had been both joyful and meaningful, in which we have studied hard and achieved good results; we have learned many lessens to be a better person; and we got friendship. As 12th graders, we hope you can also make full use of these valuable high school years. Regardless of whether your future is in China or abroad, we wish you to achieve excellence and get into your dream university. In the future, no matter where we are or what kind of work we are doing, we will contribute and devote our own efforts to realize the "Chinese Dream" in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
